Refund Policy

1. Subscription Fees

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless a different rule is clearly disclosed at checkout. We do not provide refunds for the current or past billing periods once billed, including partial-period refunds for unused time.

2. Credit Pack Purchases

Credit packs are non-refundable after purchase. Credits are allocated immediately after successful payment and are subject to the credit validity rules described on the Pricing page and in our Terms of Service.

3. Unused Credits

Unused subscription credits and unused credit pack credits are not refundable. Registration bonus credits are promotional, have no cash value, and are not redeemable for cash.

4. Output Quality and Satisfaction

Because AnimeGen.ai provides AI-generated outputs that can vary by prompt, input quality, and model behavior, dissatisfaction with artistic style, output quality, or subjective preferences does not qualify for a refund.

5. Billing Errors and Exceptional Cases

If you believe you were charged in error, including duplicate billing, contact support with your account email and payment details so we can investigate promptly. In rare cases of verified billing error or a complete failure to deliver the purchased service, we may choose to issue a refund or credit at our discretion.

6. Chargebacks and Abuse

Initiating abusive, fraudulent, or bad-faith chargebacks may result in account restrictions, suspension, or termination while the payment dispute is under review.

7. Violations of Terms

Accounts restricted or terminated for violations of our Terms, fraud, abuse, or prohibited content are generally not eligible for refunds.
